Salesforce Developer – Loyalty Cloud

100% Remote
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with strong experience in development, administration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions, specifically within Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Salesforce environments, with a solid understanding of customer loyalty processes and Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud features including program setup, member management, rewards configuration, and campaign execution.
- Lead or support the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Manage Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data management.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to Loyalty Cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop documentation and provide training to end-users and administrators.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, Loyalty Cloud features, and industry trends to inform solution design and roadmaps.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration, including at least 1 year of direct experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
- Proven success in configuring and deploying Salesforce Loyalty programs or similar customer engagement initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards), data model design, and security model setup.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Loyalty Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
