Description:

Title- Agile Product Owner

Responsibilities

– Work with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirements

– Write user stories and acceptance criteria

– Manage feature and user story backlog (groom features and user stories, prioritize features and user stories)

– Lead daily stand up meeting

– Lead SCRUM agile ceremonies for the team (story and feature acceptance, sprint planning, progress tracking, sprint retrospective)

– Determine dependencies and negotiate solutions

Skills/Must have:

Highly desired:

– Experience as an agile product owner (2+ years)

– SAFE or scrum agile experience (1+ years)

– If a candidate with prior Optum experience, OSAM experience would be helpful.

– Experience with Rally (agile software) (1+ years)

– Some healthcare experience (2+ years)

Nice to have

– Experience with Aha! (product road mapping tool)

– Product manager experience / product management methodology knowledge

– HL7 and / or FHIR experience

– Project management experience

– Knowledge of and / or experience with SCRUM master and / or Release Train engineer responsibilities

– Extensive healthcare technology experience
