Application Support Analyst
Our global retail client headquartered in the Tampa Bay Area is searching for an Application Support Analyst. The Application Support Analyst will primarily be working on our client’s flagship smart IOT product. The Support Analyst works to support beta products’ firmware and applications that are identical to those being pushed to market. The Support Analyst will be working with consumers to troubleshoot Wi-Fi and registration difficulties along with prod support bug fixes. · Build out support capabilities for the IOT product.
· Company support contact for release beta trials that are pipelined to go into market
· Troubleshoot all application/software issues, customer and development troubleshooting
· Support the order tool built in React.js.
· Perform testing activities including bug identification and regression testing.
· Manage application distribution; 3 mobile applications that make up the IOT product
· Act as a liaison with internal team members to develop system requirements, business rules, and process flow documentation.
· 2+ years within application troubleshooting and support
o In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, directly related experience and certification beyond minimums will be considered.
· Experience with SQL
· Experience supporting mobile applications (Android/iOS)
