Our Fortune 100 healthcare client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team. As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for assisting in communications for various outages and alerts as well as performing root cause analysis and preventative analysis for future outages across the organization. A successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and effective communication skills. A client-facing attitude and a passion for learning are must-have skills!

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • 2+ years of overall experience in a customer or client facing position (internship acceptable; industry experience preferred)
  • Ability to effectively interface with multiple business stakeholders and client end users.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to lead a small team of Business Analysts while solving problems with limited direction. 
  • Past experience in sales or customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a liaison between the business customers/clients and internal IT stakeholders.
  • Bridge calls for clients and effectively communicate outages and status updates.
  • Manage project work streams & ensure delegated tasks are completed.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from business and IT parties
  • Determine overall impact of alarm and take appropriate actions to generate alerts, manage service tickets and notify internal/external stakeholders
  • Act as a service incident lead for issues including maintaining incident tickets, notification of executive leadership and follow up on resolution
