Cisco Support and Configuration Analyst 

Locations: Bloomington, MN  

The Enterprise Voice Engineering group is a part of the Video, Voice, and Contact Center Engineering organization. This team is responsible for the configuration and shipment of all Cisco end points across the entire organization. In addition, they are involved in a major Enterprise initiative that is underway to migrate to a complete Cisco Telephony environment. 


  • Manage the staging and shipping of Cisco VG/Webex video phone endpoints across organizations leadership  
  • Utilize Cisco Unified Configuration Management for configuring the end points  
  • Assist with other tasks related to the migration to a complete Cisco Telephony environment 
  • Troubleshoot common issues 
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of at home office environments for Cigna employees 


  • High school diploma 
  • 1-3 years of experience Cisco telephony platforms 
  • 1-3 years of experience using ITSM tools, ServiceNow preferred 
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce preferred 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently with general direction 
  • Ability to establish and achieve goals and maintain timelines 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organization skills
