Data Visualization Engineer


This role is responsible for using analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer and visitor behavioral trends, to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and create incremental business growth across channels.


  • Extract insights from Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B | Multivariate tests with Adobe Target
  • Identify gaps in existing analytics tagging, provide requirements for new tags
  • Provide input into and participate in Business Case Development – includes economic forecasting, potential costs, risks and profit
  • Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and display root cause analysis of problems
  • Design and create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly digital dashboards and KPI's to help monitor business performance of customer success
  • Communicate findings of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
  • Conduct research and apply knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques
  • Extract insights from multiple large and complex qualitative and quantitative data sets to investigate business problems.
  • Apply data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, including predictive analysis, business intelligence, pattern recognition, operational effectiveness and/or economic forecasting for potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.
  • May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Conduct analysis work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment


  • 5+ years experience in process execution, business intelligence, creating dashboards, reporting or data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics (or similar tools), A/B testing tools (Adobe Target)
  • 2+ years required experience in retail ecommerce.

Other knowledge, skills or abilities:

  • Web Analytics, A/B testing, SQL
  • Tag management systems, Adobe Analytics & Target , debuggers, display advertising, email, SEM, social media, marketing automation, personalization, and attribution models
  • HTML, CSS, and Javascript experience
  • Association rule learning, cluster analysis, pattern recognition and predictive modeling via data analysis and visualization software
  • Business intelligence reporting tools
  • Knowledge of CX tools, eg. Sprinklr, Qualtrics, etc
