Delivery Coordinator – Hybrid (Minneapolis or Nashville)
12-month + contract
One of our largest national healthcare client’s is looking for a new Delivery Manager to join their team! In this role you will be working with technology and business stakeholders in estimating, planning, execution, and risk mitigation. In addition, you will be facilitating technical discussions, hosting meetings with and audience of anywhere from 20 to 100 people. If this is role interests you, please apply below!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Working with technology and business stakeholders in estimating, planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Track project progress and keep all stakeholders updated on progress and impediments
- Tracking lifecycle including research, proof of concept, architecture, design, development, test, deployment & maintenance
- Work with business users, cross-functional teams, onshore/offshore stakeholders
- Facilitating technical discussions, hosting meetings with an audience of 20 to 100
- Leading discussions with data engineers, scrum masters, and planning work for upcoming sprints
- Understanding the client objective, business requirements & aligning the data architecture with the business requirements
- Executing on effort estimation, release management, status reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience as a Delivery or Project Manager
- Strong documentation skills and ability to build convincing presentations and deliver to senior leaders
- Being able to lead large audience comfortably, strong communication skills are a must
- Previous experience using tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) | Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
