DevOps Change Management Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented DevOps Change Management Lead to drive the adoption of new tools and processes within our Digital organization. This role is pivotal in facilitating a smooth transition to a revamped toolset while fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency. You will work closely with the DevOps team and additional stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to support the transition to new tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Create engaging training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, wiki pages, and video recordings, to educate employees on new tools and processes.
  • Lead Dojo’s and drive DevOps best practices across the Digital Organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with SDETs to ensure seamless integration of test automation into the new toolset.
  • Lead largescale initiatives, including migrating from Azure DevOps to GitHub
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones.
  • Foster a positive change culture by celebrating successes and recognizing achievements.
  • Provide ongoing support to the team, acting as a resource for questions and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Enterprise IT experience. Backgrounds may include the following:
    • Organization Change Management Specialist, Change Management Lead, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, DevOps Engineer or other titles
  • Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of API automation tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Sauce Labs).
