eCommerce QA Analyst
As an eCommerce QA Analyst for Brooksource, you will be joining a collaborative team environment designated to support internal digital groups within our retail portfolio. You will be tasked with testing new software products, identifying problems, running debugging programs to fix issues, and ensuring all specifications and requirements are satisfied. Additionally, you will work closely with your business counterpart to receive project production schedules and map out timelines. A key component of the job will be efficiently planning and organizing projects and deadlines in a timely manner to deliver the best outcome for your team.
The position requires close attention to detail, organization, and motivation. If you enjoy eCommerce, manual quality assurance, and are looking for a close-knit team, this job is for you!
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
· 3+ years of Manual QA experience required.
· eCommerce QA experience required.
· Freeware or Jira experience for test cases and tickets required.
· Ability to organize and plan tasks with an emphasis on time management.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· Ability to be productive with minimal oversight.
· Competencies in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred
