Job Description:

·       Production support, system monitoring and handle data corrections

·       Meet with the business partners to understand the impact on the business

·       Conduct root cause analysis

·       Monitoring the ongoing changes to production and handle all system alerts, production failures in a timely manner

·       Willingness to learn multiple new skillsets – currently have multiple applications, multiple technologies, will be exposed to many new things

·       Contribute to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications

·       Manages and executes multi-level responses and addresses reported or detected incidents handling based on prioritization categorization and in accordance with established procedures

·       Work with a cross-functional team, drive improvements to policies and processes, evolving them to protect production environments

·       Use tools to gather data/log sources, expanding visibility

·       Support ongoing tracking and remediation of incidents/issues, ensuring that tickets are closed and issues are addressed in a timely manner

·       Work closely with development, network, and other support teams

·       Support the activity and progress ensuring issues are properly escalated and resolved to maintain desired restoration service levels

·       Build ad-hoc reports for leadership based on business needs

·       Execute morning health checks for system readiness for users

·       Help lead outage bridge calls for root cause analysis and work-around investigation

·       Coordinate maintenance work check-out across multiple development teams

Job Skills:

·       Organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment

·       Possession of excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail, critical thinking and logic, and solution orientation

·       Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

·       Out of the box thinker with proven problem-solving skills

·       Professional contributor with ability to work with a team

·       Quality customer service skills and customer oriented

·       Experience using some level of scripting or light coding; to help automate manual activities as they are identified in the field.

·       Strong understanding of system designs (across platform: Storage, Network, Database, & Application with associated server operating system – Cloud and Virtual environments)

·       The ability to analyze and detect events in monitoring reports generated using various data sources

·       Healthcare industry knowledge and production support experience
