Job Title: Endpoint Admin

Job Description: Brooksource is seeking an Endpoint Admin a Fortune 50 client in the healthcare industry. You would be working with one of our best client relationships in a fast paced, high energy agile environment within the clients Enterprise Information Protection group. This person will focus on supporting multiple endpoints including Hitachi’s Password Manager and also working to retire McAfee software across several workstations.
From a technical standpoint, you should have a good background with IT and Security administration as well as being comfortable with Server Administration. There will not be much if any hands on IT work required but you should be able to speak comfortably about these basic technologies and make recommendations based off your findings. There is also a need to have in depth experience with Excel and documentation writing. This will be important when performing burn down reports and looking at documents to analyze reports.
Day to day responsibilities include:
o Assist with operational issues
o Troubleshoot, triage, analyze password manager issues
o Update documents within runbooks for password manager
o Run daily burndown reports for retiring McAfee
o Troubleshoot Servers and Workstations
o 3-5 years of IT or Security Administration of Endpoint technologies
o Experience troubleshooting Servers
o Password Manager
o Documentation on how to onboard new resources
o Understand concepts of targets
o Understand how to set up integrations
o Understand how to pull reports from console
o Understand how to remove servers from console list
o Triage and operational support
o Burndown Reports
o Security+ (Nice to have)
o Cloud certs (Nice to have)
