Contract description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to PAM solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the design and implementation of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
- Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in privileged access management.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.
- Support testing and validation of PAM solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PAM tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT security domain.
- Familiarity with IAM or Privileged Access Management concepts and tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
