12 Month Contract to Hire

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting net new development and maintenance of an application using Java and Spring Boot. You will complete back end development and work alongside a team of senior developers to build out the entire functionality of a critical pharmacy application. The Software Engineer will also play an integral role in this application's migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will create, develop, test, and perform ongoing maintenance on this application that is vital to the success of the organization. This is a great opportunity for growth in a Fortune 13 environment, while learning cloud implementation and leveraging Machine Learning technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experienced knowledge of Java
  • Experienced knowledge of Spring Boot
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) or any cloud working knowledge in a professional setting is a huge plus
  • Machine Learning knowledge is a big plus
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies


  • Work alongside a team of developers to continuously integrate and develop code for peak application optimization
  • Develop, test, and prepare all code for production
  • Creating functional and technical system designs
  • Working with business end-users across the organizations
