Junior Test Engineer

As the Junior Test Automation Engineer, you will join a team that is responsible for running a business website and business mobile applications for a Fortune 50 company in Philadelphia, PA. As the Junior Engineer, you will work on a multi-year website buildout project as a developer who performs test automation. This Junior Test Automation Engineer will work within a .Net technology stack with C# being the lead language.

Required Qualifications:

·        Minimum 1 year of development experience, must be able to demonstrate development skills

·        Experience with C# or any C language (C++, C)

·        Java development skills

·        Experience with Selenium Webdriver (or something comparable) is preferred

·        Experience with test planning, test preparation, test output review or automated testing is a nice to have

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment. Requirements change quickly and our team needs to constantly adapt to moving targets.

Responsibilities:

·        Review technical documentation and gather business requirements

·        Implementation planning, application development and object identification

·        Path identification and website monitoring

·        Industrial parallel testing

·        Use of Gherkin language

·        100% automation

·        Willing to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
