As a QA Lead, you will lead the testing team by providing technical authority and oversight for all aspects for our software and system quality. You will work hands-on at a high technical level automated activities. The QA Lead will also be solving big quality challenges, coaching team level testers and influencing other teams and managers the art of quality testing. You will also work with the technical leadership team to define and implement a long-term vision of quality features for the entire eCommerce ecosystem
Walk through the test results with the team and communicate status and reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
Experience Implementing Automated Solutions with multiple Teams
Ability to come up with solutions when no clear path to completion
Experience managing and leading Multiple Teams
Working experience in Agile Methodology
Ability to come up with POCs, drive and implement that across teams
Communicate efficiently and proactively within and across teams
E-commerce experience preferred
