Our Fortune 15 Health Services Partner is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of next-generation digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role is pivotal in bridging business goals with technical execution, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that enhance healthcare experiences.
As a Technical Product Owner with 8+ years of experience, you’ll manage the product backlog, define technical requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to deliver impactful, customer-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, define sprint goals, and detail user stories
- Break down solutions into clear user experiences, technical features, and epics for development
- Translate business and product requirements into actionable technical requirements for API teams
- Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Guide digital product development through the full lifecycle—requirements, design, testing, and delivery
- Provide technical expertise in cloud-first, composable architecture strategies
- Drive complex data mapping and integration for scalable API and platform solutions
- Monitor product performance and ensure thorough testing with QA teams
- Analyze API usage patterns and gather feedback to enhance platform components
- Develop detailed technical documentation and user guides
- Deliver internal training and support to maximize adoption and best practices
- Identify and propose improvements to internal product and development processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in software/product development
- Strong digital expertise across both web and mobile platforms
- Proven track record in the healthcare industry
- Deep understanding of cloud-first development (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with composable architectures and packaged business capabilities
- Proficient in modern development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps
- Skilled in complex data integration and API-first product strategies
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
