Job Title: Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)

Location: Lansing, MI

Onsite Requirement: 2 day a week (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Duration: Long-term Contract (1 year+)

Pay Rate: $50-55/hr

 

Position Overview:

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst with extensive experience in CRM industry, D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform technical solutions, and Java development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering system and software architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans. This role requires clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, prototype, develop, and implement software solutions to achieve business objectives for clients.

·      Lead and deliver solutions utilizing D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform, object-oriented, service-oriented architecture, and n-tier architectures.

·      Adopt, develop, and execute robust software development lifecycle methodologies, following industry best practices.

·      Engage with senior technical team leaders to contribute to long-term technology strategy and planning for the organization.

·      Participate in project teams, clarifying business needs and requirements, performing analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance of systems across the enterprise.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to maximize delivery capabilities and provide value to clients.

·      Manage projects or tasks using industry project delivery methodologies and best practices.

 

Skills and Experience:

·      Post-undergraduate degree CRM industry experience.

·      Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform technical solutions.

·      Post-undergraduate degree experience as a Java code developer.

·      Functional knowledge in at least one D365 CE module.

·      Experience with data modeling, agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and D365 Customer Insights.

·      Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, web services, and EJB.

·      Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent database systems.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

·      Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 

Other Skills:

·      Domain knowledge of public retirement systems (Clarety Experience).

·      Experience with WebSphere development technologies, Java Springboot, microservices, and cloud-based development.

·      Familiarity with Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, Nice InContact, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Git/Jira, FileNet Suite, Jasper Reports, Junit, Maven, Log4j, SoapUI, Corticon Rules Engine, WebSphere Liberty, and Sitecore Web CMS.
