Our Fortune 75 Telecommunications client is in need of a Product Owner to join their Omni Channel dedicated to billing self-support functions across mobile and web platforms. This group supports all digital platforms that a customer would service their account on. You will be the Product Owner to drive product vision to innovate on Residential and SMB portals. This team operates like an agile startup with the customer base and backing of an enterprise, and this billing platform has 250,000 interactions daily.



o  3+ Years of experience functioning as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst working on a customer facing digital platform

§ Comfortability interacting with technical development teams and data-driven business groups to provide product leadership.

§ Experience working within technical environments to translate business requirements into digestible technical requirements that involve API’s and relating data streams.

§ Jira

§ Billing experience (ICOMS, CSG or AMDOCS)

§ Experience working on a platform with incredibly high transaction volume



This product team supports the billing customer journeys. You will be in charge of intaking business requirements from key stakeholders/business leaders and author them into story requirements. You will facilitate working triage sessions to prioritize on data & inputs. The data you will interact will pertain to billing, which includes A/B testing, billing vendors, billing operations, platform data, etc. This will all result in a communication and definition of product strategy.



You will have the opportunity to define product strategy in recently re-organized team with a startup runway, backed by an enterprise with a multi-million customer base. The leadership in this group is spectacular and you will be unified on the mission to enhance the customer experience of digital support platforms pertaining to the billing self-support experience. 


·      Previous experience working with this client and placing both permanent employees and contractors.   

·      Direct communication with the hiring manager, which allows us to have a clear understanding of the timeline and move candidates through the interview process faster.   

·      Dedication to keep an open line of communication and provide full transparency.
