$20 – $22/hr DOE

As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating contract management status, vendor relationships & will coordinate contract activities and ensure all phases are documented appropriately. You will act as immediate support to various managers across the Real-Time organization & will be responsible for the accuracy of those teams active contracts, accruals & finances.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination of the contract approval process.
  • Responsible for shepherding as many as 40-50 different contracts through each step of the process while constantly tracking and keeping a pulse on each contract status as well as remaining steps to completion.
  • Gain an understanding of the contract approval process and generate answers in the midst of conflicting information.
  • Compile daily and weekly reports with status updates for management and key stakeholders.
  • Assimilate a large volume of transactional information.
  • Hold management and other stakeholders accountable for contributions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in project management or coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to perform basic Excel functions such as organizing data, pasting value options, merging spreadsheets, simple formulas and formatting.
  • Must be extremely organized with tenacious follow up skills.
  • Strong reporting skills.
