Project Manager



At a high level, the scope of the work for these resources will be as outlined below:

  • Plan and organize Project start-up activities including requirements gathering and supporting materials
  • Coordinate with Delivery Team as needed to support activities and working sessions to elicit business requirements, processes, design and workflow
  • Serve as liaison to vendor partners to drive execution of work
  • Guide project approaches, timelines and detailed project plans
  • Prepare and update project forecasts
  • Monitor and report consistent and timely information on progress to other Project stakeholders (eg. weekly status reports)
  • Proactively communicate risks and opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders throughout all phases of the Project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance and Portfolio Management teams on project financials
  • Analyze data and make recommendations based on that analysis
  • Coordinate meetings using MS Outlook and other collaboration/communication tools
  • Other project coordination and management activities as needed
  1. Personnel must possess the following qualifications or equivalent:
    1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
    2. 2 or more years overall IS/IT Project Coordination and/or Project Management experience:

                                                        i.   Working on multiple assignments simultaneously

                                                       ii.   Working with internal and external stakeholders

                                                      iii.   Familiarity with an agile environment

                                                     iv.   Familiarity with Solutions Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles

                                                       v.   Bachelor of Science (preferred) or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience

  1. Additional experience preferred but not required:

                                                        i.   Prior experience working with Clarity PPM or similar Project Management tool

                                                       ii.   Prior experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Accounting software
