Junior Project Manager

Long Term Contract

$30/hr

 

Brooksource is seeking a Junior Project Manager to begin their career at one of the countries leading Energy providers. You will be working alongside senior project managers as a part of organizations infrastructure project groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly Offer Mgmt. planning and daily Issue triage sessions.
  • Support the maintenance of the Offer test schedule
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions from planning sessions.
  • Write reports on project tracking (deliverables, meeting minutes, timelines, updates, decisions)
  • Monitor/track open issue triage to ensure closure rates stay within reasonable limits and target goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Organized, efficient, excellent at multitasking;
  • Able to effectively control multiple lines of communication
  • Familiar with MS Excel
  • Proactive and detail oriented
  • Looking to get into Project Management as a future career goal
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and MS Project – a plus, but not required.
