Brooksource is looking for a Robotics Process Automation lead to help our client spearhead their RPA product line. The RPA Lead will help to manage an existing DevOps team as well as focus on providing RPA technology & process excellence expertise in creating & delivering solutions. You will be working directly with leadership to help develop & grow this part of the organization.


  • Technology Knowledge Learning & Sharing
    • Understand industry RPA solution best practices & contribute to internal knowledge sharing
    • Leverage internal networks to adopt & include enterprise process & capabilities
    • Continuously learn relevant market technologies
  • Business Requirements Analysis
    • Gather & understand E2E processes & translate needs into technical automation solutions
    • Build sustainable, high quality solutions
  • Delivery Team Lead/Vendor Management
    • Connect various IT teams to achieve objectives (local, regional & global)
    • Manage delivery teams capacity and resource allocates based on priority & task complexity
    • Responsible for RPA application lifecycle management, platforms, infrastructure & performance
  • Project Management
    • Verifies scope & acceptance conditions
    • Resource planning
    • Secure & monitor budget
    • Communicate project status to business & IT stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting automation technology deployments
  • Working experience designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions across a variety of business & technology processes
  • Hands on experience with one or more: UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate
  • Experience leading technical resources

Nice to have

  • Experience with the following technologies: SQL, Oracle and MSSQL databases, Tableau, Talend, MS Power BI, Alteryx, SAP
