Our Fortune 100 Agriculture client has an exciting opportunity to join their IT Compliance organization. They are looking for a Security Analyst to evolve and support their disaster recovery and policy programs along with influence other programs. This position will work closely with the team lead and be primarily responsible for the overall DR planning and testing and support policy management functions. Other areas of support and potential leadership may also include awareness activities and incident response.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to function independently, apply professional judgement, interface with all levels of stakeholders, communicate complex matters clearly and succinctly to multiple levels. This talent should possess strong results-oriented coordination and superb communication skills.



  • Lead efforts with other technical professionals to adherence to technical controls, keep policies, procedures and plans current and published
  • Report to department leads KPIs, status, issues and collaborate for solutions.
  • Lead writing and publishing educational material
  • Utilize his/her own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues, choose the best course of action and prioritize key issues, goals and work plans as directed by leadership
  • Support small IT Resilience projects or represent IT Resilience in broader projects
  • Identify and lead in the process improvements
  • Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Other initiatives as assigned to support the IT Resilience programs to deliver with the overall CHS information security program and the vision and mission of the IT Compliance department to be on time, within budget and with a high-level of quality and leadership satisfaction.


·      4+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure environment and/or business support role experience

·      2+ years of experience in security/compliance/resiliency domains: IT Risk, IT Compliance, Business Continuity, or IT Disaster Recovery

  • Excellent writing skills
  • PM equivalent experience with ability to influence without authority
  • Strong collaborative and relationship building skills with technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong aptitude and desire to learn
  • Ability to translate compliance requirements to IT professional and support staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience extracting and uploading data from Service Now
  • Project management background and experience with an emphasis on information security and compliance
  • Professional certifications to include: DRCS (Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist), CISSP (Certified Information Security Support Professional) and/or PMP (Project Management Profession). Non-IT related degrees or certifications will be considered based upon experience
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, audit and technical assessments
