Job Title: Sr. Technical Project Manager – AEM Implementation
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Duration: 6 months
Our client is a leading retailer and is looking to implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as their Content Management System (CMS). We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our client’s AEM implementation project through go live, hyper care, and phase II of integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of AEM, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing plans.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the AEM implementation through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging your expertise in AEM and related technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on AEM and/or MarTech.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
