As part of our client's Strategy & Delivery organization, you will be part of a fast-paced, energetic, and high performing team helping to develop web applications and services to enhance the Customer experience. This team is a cross-functional agile team and some technology team members may have a focus on front-end and application development, while others may focus more deeply on back-end services. We are looking for experienced team members with the versatility and enthusiasm to work across technologies and a desire to work on an ever-evolving team.

As a Sitecore Developer, you will collaborate with technology peers and business partners to design, build and deploy new software using agile/XP/test driven development using a wide range of technologies and solutions. You will be focused on developing well-designed, efficient code that adheres to the latest industry standards and assist in coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software for customers. You will be working with designers, developers, and product owners in a small team setting to integrate software components into fully functional software systems spanning multiple business areas.


• Develop software platforms and frameworks

• Maintain services, monitor system health, application performance and continually look for improvements

• Scale systems sustainably using continuous deployment and automation

• Research and implement best design principals to improve reliability and velocity

• Work in an agile environment and engage in practices such as XP, test driven development

• Work with technical team to understand and resolve software problems

• Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements from customers

• Provide direction to team, be a key contributor, and coach new team members

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, business analysts and architects on the development of platform solutions for the Customer

Basic/Required Qualifications

• Graduated with a two-year IT Technical degree or a four-year degree, with five or more (5+) years of experience (for two-year degree candidates), three or more (3+) years’ experience (for four-year degree candidates)

• Minimum of two years experience developing or supporting .NET applications

• Experience developing scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong knowledge of jQuery, HTML5, AJAX, XML

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong team player that works well with others

• Strong ability to work with designers, developers, and product owners in a small team setting

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members

• Ability to program well-designed, efficient code that adheres to the latest industry standards

• Self-motivated and at ease in a constantly changing environment

Desired Qualifications

• Experience developing or supporting Sitecore CMS

• Sitecore Certified Developer

• Experience supporting web applications and content management systems

• Experience with agile project methodology

• Full-stack development experience

• Expertise with one or more of the following: Java, .NET, JSON, REST, MVC

• Ability to resolve complex issues that require significant freedom of action and sound judgment with little management oversight

• Ability to present information on technically complex subjects in an understandable manner in both oral and written form to business clients and senior management

• Sound knowledge and understanding of web application development, Web Service API’s, web-based systems architecture, cloud-based systems architecture and service oriented architecture (SOA)

• Understanding of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices/BDD; containers/Docker; Agile; test driven development; cloud

• Experience designing new software using agile/XP/test driven development

• Experience with IT DevOps principles and tools – e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, Tricentis Tosca

• Experience with Mobile web development, SEO, Analytics

• Experience with Cloud platform

• Ability to assist or lead coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software for customers

• Experience with troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading complex software programs

• Experience with the integration of software components into fully functional software systems

• Ability to absorb change and continue with positive results

• Experience with Customer related applications and/or systems in a regulated industry

• Ability to work with limited supervision
