As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first line support response for users needing assistance with technology issues and problems. This support includes the use of hardware, software and supplies as well as the enforcement and implementation of computer policies and procedures. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will have skill and understanding of networking concepts, server technologies, telecom environments. The Service Desk Analyst will be efficient and not only close jobs quickly, but also leave a perception with the client of an organized, professional, friendly, and competent IT department. QUALIFICATIONS:

·      2mo+ Classroom or Working knowledge in IT Customer Support.

·      Basic to strong knowledge of Networking Concepts and Server Technologies.

·      Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Incident Management Tools and Email/Smart Phone, remote/wireless technologies.

·      Proficient with common business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office Suites.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Provide first line support response for users needing assistance with technology issues and problems.

·      Logically think with strong oral and written communication as well as provide exceptional customer service.

·      Will work under supervision by management and by team leadership.

·      Be efficient and close jobs quickly.
