What do you need?

  • Researches and corrects errors on service orders, processes BPEMs and any other customer account information.
  • Maintains customer records in CCS.
  • Completes service orders from field technicians and from other departments including meter changes, removals, installs, and new accounts, customer changes, “on” and “off” orders.
  • Estimates usage if needed to complete service order.
  • Cancel billings when necessary to complete service order.
  • Explains complex account information pertaining to service orders to other departments.
  • Analyzes, researches, and completes service orders of all types.
  • Performs adjustments as needed to complete service orders.
  • Maintains daily reports and corrects problems.
  • Answers customer phone inquiries for appointments as well as phone inquiries from other departments.
  • Supports Deployment Ops Bird-Dog Technicians.
  • Ensures data accuracy of Deployment Operations related service orders and BPEM cases
  • Provides some technical instruction to team members as needed. 
  • Learns and understands work processes of other departments (i.e., Billing Integrity).
  • Frequent contact with employees in other departments (e.g., Meter Reading, Revenue Protection, Electric and Gas Operations, Customer Service, etc.).
