Title: Software Engineer (Pega)
Location: St. Louis (Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Pay: $40-50/hr

Brooksource’s distinguished Fortune 75 Telecommunications Client, invites talented individuals to join as a Software Engineer in their dynamic Decision Engineering team. This role is instrumental in driving a transformative company-wide initiative aimed at enhancing customer retention and revolutionizing decision-making processes.
Key Initiatives:
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging Pega to optimize decision-making for customer retention scenarios. Responsibilities include analyzing customer interactions to determine the best next actions and evaluating customer information for the creation of personalized offers. This high-impact project is a major focus for the company, with planned deployments scheduled by the end of April and June. Successful implementation requires close collaboration with diverse teams, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of customer experience and retention at our Client.
Responsibilities:
· Translate user requirements into innovative designs for new software or extensive software revisions.
· Develop high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
· Provide expert insights on cross-application implications.
· Approve business requirements, estimation, functional specifications, testing strategy, and other activities to ensure architectural alignment.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and negotiate opportunities for applying architecture standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of hands-on experience in decision engineering.
· Strong expertise in Pega, with a minimum of 3 years as a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
· Extensive proficiency in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
· Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining servicing with context use cases.
· In-depth knowledge of Pega best practices and standards.
· Solid understanding of Pega application development, including case management and decisioning.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
