About this team 


We are a group of passionate individuals delivering our Corporate Systems roadmap globally. Digital Employee Experience team is responsible for managing People and Culture platforms for our employees across the globe. Our employees include our educators in stores and online, our DC employees and our SSC employees and leaders. Our vision is to enable best in class employee experience which will help achieve our strategic goal to be a place where people come to develop and grow as inclusive leaders for a better world.



  1. Work with business stakeholders, technology leaders to understand vision, business needs and translate to solutions.
  2. Define and maintain technology roadmap for Digital Employee experience.
  3. Define solutions for areas like core human capital management, health and wealth offerings, workforce management solutions, payroll across globe, learning management to name a few.
  4. Document AS-IS and define To-BE solutions from technology perspective to meet business needs.
  5. Detail out technology solutions, support with development and test strategies.
  6. Help developers resolve technical solution challenges, do PoCs as needed.
  7. Guide Project managers, tech teams with sequencing of deliverables for optimization and efficiency.
  8. Focus on continuous improvement, OPEX reduction and enable innovation in team.



  1. Experience with one or more functional areas as it relates to people management and experiences.
  2. Experience in one or more of these areas
    1. People management systems like Workday, PeopleSoft et al.
    2. Workforce management systems like dayforce.
    3. Integration with Payroll, finance systems.
  3. Extensive experience in cloud technologies preferably in AWS.
  4. Experience to evaluate different system architectures and provide recommendations.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent 
  6. General understating of API-based and real-time integration patterns, Operational Data Stores, analytics and reporting solutions for domain-driven data models
  7. 7+ years of solution architecture experience
