Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what’s being done?
These two resources will be the Drupal backbone for the Content Management Systems Center of Excellence (CMS COE). The project scope is migrating the CMS systems from the current Adobe AEM platform over to a de-coupled Drupal based platform allowing for re-usable CMS components for onboarding various tenants.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)?
Engineer/Architect mindset to help product teams with end to end solutioning (including off-shore delivery teams) baesd on a Headless/Decoupled Drupal platform. Lead strategy input, application development and team mentoring for new (greenfield) Mobile team products involving Drupal. The technology supporting this mobile development is React Native open-source mobile application framework. This is focused on back-end work involving API’s for application content. It was mentioned that API’s need to be established in delivering Rest based JSON services – the data exchange that will be used to support various services. Experience in working with RESTful API/Web Service integration is required. The team will also be involved in developing branded mobile app strategies – values, colors, logo, visual identity etc. (Won’t directly be doing the UX/front-end side of the solution.)

? 5+ Years of Drupal Development, strong communications and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with multiple business channels, leaders and stakeholders – Consultant mind-set, Mentor, guide, train-up other CMS COE resources or supported teams that need to up-skill on Drupal.
What skills/attributes are preferred (will set a candidate apart)?
2-3 years current experience acting in a Sr level team leadership / team development position mentoring other team members along with, 5+ Years of Drupal Design/Development including the following: Create APIs that supported teams will leverage, 5+ years hands-on Drupal development experience, 5-7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Drupal development – having a minimum of 2 Drupal 8 production builds. This will be a very tactical role – Having 80%+ focus on pure development, Solid understanding of headless/decoupled web-based development/Component based development, Experience with modern implementation of Content as a service consumption (CaaS) frameworks, Strong experience in integrating with third party systems/tools. , Experience in working with RESTful API/Web Service integration, Preferred experience with OpenSouce database technologies such as PostgreSQL.
