Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with application development teams in an agile delivery environment
  • 3+ years previous experience in a product management role overseeing software product platforms
  • 3+ years working in or with enterprise organizations
  • 3+ years analyzing software platform data relationships across platform integrations, such as writing SQL or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) queries
  • 3+ years creating business process flows, decomposing complex capabilities into features, and refining features for engineering delivery

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads with empathy to form strong relationships to co-workers, peers, leaders, and customers
  • Document and present conceptual views and process flows depicting critical business needs and decision points
  • Ensure strategic intent and impacts on supporting capabilities are mutually understood and cohesively executed by the team
  • Work across organization to identify opportunities for collaboration, reuse, and process integration, as well as to identify and resolve dependencies and impacts
  • Align business strategy and action via processes, models, and metrics to ensure that business units across the organization are working together to attain the company's strategic vision and goals
  • Systematically assess capability gaps and facilitate examination of opportunity costs, benefits, dependencies, and proposed action strategies
  • Abstract high-level business operational approaches from detailed process and procedures
  • Build, maintain, and own the product roadmap for your assigned domains
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assist in prioritization of product backlog
  • Perform regular product demonstrations to stakeholders and company leaders
