Description:

As the Sr. Project Manager with one of the nation’s leading FinTech companies, you will be responsible for leading and managing small to moderate sized projects. You will continuously work in partnership with different business and technical stakeholders and will provide tactical management and project administration to the project team! In this agile environment, you will specifically be focusing specifically on software implementation or enhancements to current projects!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Payment platform experience.
  • Merger and Acquisition experience.
  • AWS experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver development projects from inception to successful implementation, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Adequate project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and mid-size projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Clear understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
  • Ability to coordinate and execute cross functionally with technical managers, business managers, SMEs, and customers.
  • Preferred financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
