As a Tableau Analyst for Brooksource, you will be tasked with providing expertise on Tableau reporting and dashboarding specific to member management analytics within our health insurance portfolio. Your responsibilities will include creating Tableau dashboards related to operational and member engagement metrics, communicate with internal users and ensure data requests are qualified, filter and gather metrics, and running reports via Crystal Reports and dashboarding via Tableau. The position requires interfacing extensively with end users, peers, and business groups to ensure that all member management data is accurately and timely received. This position allows you to flex your mentorship muscles and help teach and engage your peers in the world of Tableau. Your background with complex Tableau reporting and dashboarding will allow you to assist the client in building best practices and aid in Tableau adoption enterprise wide.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise analytics and Tableau reporting and dashboarding.
· 1+ years of experience with Crystal Reports.
· Experience with healthcare data.
· Passion for mentoring and strong communication skills are required.
· Solid analytical skills: comfortable in a hands-on environment using a broad set of skills and Tableau product knowledge.
· Nice to have: Strong Excel skills.
· Wishlist: SQL experience.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
