Prepares reports and completes special projects Assists with feasibility studies and cost benefit analyses for systems development projects Analyzes data, work, and information flow to assist in selection of software and hardware Assists with management studies to improve program effectiveness and identify the need for implementation of office automation tools Performs hardware, software and network support for PCs and PC-based peripherals Receives and responds to calls from the Service Desk tracking system and provides support to users Installs, integrates and configures new computer systems and hardware Conducts basic technical diagnostics and deductive investigations for PC hardware, software and peripheral problems Provides technical assistance and instruction to computer users Performs related work
