Job Title: WalkMe Configuration Analyst
Client: Fortune 5 Healthcare & Retail Company
Location: Remote (Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours)
Duration: 6+ month Contract
Pay: $55-60/hr
Job Description:
Brooksource is seeking a skilled and motivated WalkMe Configuration Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team and contribute to enhancing user adoption and digital experiences within our organization. As a WalkMe Configuration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how their users interact with complex software systems, such as Salesforce and other enterprise solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape the way users engage with technology, turning intricate concepts into seamless user experiences that drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
· WalkMe Configuration Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience in WalkMe configuration to design and implement innovative solutions from the ground up. You will be a driving force in creating intuitive user journeys, simplifying processes, and ensuring users derive maximum value from our software applications.
· Strategic Thinking: Move beyond the process level and dive into the heart of organizational Digital Adoption challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute strategies that address these challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
· End-to-End Enablement Cycle: Take ownership of the complete enablement cycle, including conducting thorough gap analyses, designing comprehensive enablement calendars, crafting engaging materials, and delivering impactful enablement sessions. Your dedication to enabling our teams will empower them to excel in their roles.
· Effective Communication: Translate complex technical details into clear and concise explanations tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and practical application will be instrumental in driving user adoption.
· Enterprise Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and their relevance within the broader business context. Your insights will guide the successful integration of WalkMe across various software platforms.
· Continuous Learning: Embrace new technologies with enthusiasm and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, adapting your skills to meet evolving user needs and technological landscapes.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in WalkMe configuration, with a track record of designing and implementing impactful user experiences.
· Adept at translating ambiguous concepts into actionable plans, rallying teams to accomplish goals and drive significant outcomes.
· Ability to analyze complex situations, think strategically, and address organizational Digital Adoption challenges effectively.
· Proficiency in creating and executing end-to-end enablement cycles, including gap analysis, calendar development, material creation, and delivery of engaging enablement sessions.
· Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to a diverse range of audiences and learning preferences.
· In-depth familiarity with enterprise technologies, showcasing your ability to integrate WalkMe seamlessly and enhance user experiences.
· Enthusiastic and rapid learner, excited to embrace and adapt to new technologies and tools.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate intricate software landscapes with ease.
· Experience with iFrame, jQuery, and Single Page Applications (SPAs) to create sophisticated WalkMe solutions.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript, providing an advantage in crafting enhanced user interfaces.
· Background in user experience (UX) design is a valuable asset, contributing to the creation of intuitive and user-friendly software interactions.
· Familiarity with enterprise software such as Workday, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Dynamics, or similar platforms is a plus, highlighting your adaptability to diverse software ecosystems.
