Windows 10 Migration Team Lead 

8+ month contract (possibility for extension) 

Onsite in Downtown Louisville

Brooksource is seeking a talented Windows 10 Deployment Team Lead to join our ongoing project team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing, assisting, and supporting a team of Brooksource Windows 10 Deployment Technicians that will be onsite migrating our Healthcare client from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Previous experience leading or managing Technical Support Teams 
  • Previous project-based experience migrating enterprise organizations from Win7 to Win10 
  • Previous experience with both in-place and rip & replace Win10 migrations 
  • Proven time management abilities – capable of managing both hands-on team support and project coordination/documentation simultaneously 
  • Proven customer service background providing “white-glove” end-user technical support 
  • Must be capable of working 100% onsite 
  • Must be capable of communicating with Project coordinators to organize deployment strategies for each device throughout different sites 

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Windows 10 migration project documentation & reporting – Progress, migration Issues, etc. 
  • Act as liaison between Brooksource Deployment Team and Client project leadership 
  • Coordinate Win10 migration schedule with Client’s Hospital & Outpatient site management 
  • Direct Brooksource Win10 Deployment Technicians on daily & weekly migration schedule 
  • Ensure that only pre-identified machines are being migrated by Brooksource Win10 Deployment Team 
  • Primary point of communication and Windows 10 technical support escalation for Brooksource Deployment Team 
  • Assist as needed with device deployments and in-place migrations to ensure progress meets Client deadlines
