Identifies ERP functionality and integrated technology opportunities and solutions for resolving complex business problems
Conducts and coordinates financial, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs
Conducts insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Creates ERP systems documentation including business process flows (BPF), test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios
Coordinates user acceptance testing
Supports regression testing and introduction of required changes as new releases are introduced manually and/or by using automated testing solution
Performs daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any suggested changes
Suggests changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations
Actively participates in the implementation of approved changes
Constructs workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications
Translates business needs of end users to technical teams for system development and configuration
Improves systems by studying current practices and recommending modifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
Researches best practices for business processes
Negotiates changing of current practices with end users to align the business needs with best practices
Manages ticketing queue to ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service attitude
