Associate Full Stack Engineer
Hybrid role
Compensation: $32-$34 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a dynamic, agile-based team as an Associate Full Stack Engineer, developing innovative portfolio management tools integrated with JIRA and other platforms. This entry-level position is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow their skills in full stack development, automation, AI/ML integration, and cloud technologies. You will work alongside talented colleagues in a fast-paced environment, contributing to solutions that shape portfolio management and compliance workflows while gaining hands-on experience with modern engineering practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Assist in building and integrating APIs for various tools and platforms
- Collaborate with team members to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Support automation initiatives, including writing scripts and debugging workflows
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, story breakdown, and testing
- Work with version control systems (GitHub) and follow enterprise change management processes
- Contribute to the integration of AI/ML and cloud-native technologies
- Utilize test automation tools such as Cypress and Jest
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development in full stack engineering and cloud platforms
WHAT YOU BRING
- 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships or academic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
- Understanding of API development and integration concepts
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Exposure to AWS (e.g., Lambda) or other cloud platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Python scripting (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and ServiceNow (preferred)
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Cypress and Jest (preferred)
- Interest in AI/ML integration and cloud-native technologies (preferred)
