This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as the engineer will represent AI-led automation delivery and champion an AI-first approach.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data Preparation &amp; Governance: <\/strong>Gather, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data, apply data governance standards, and manage large datasets using SQL, NoSQL, and distributed technologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Model Development: <\/strong>Design, train, and validate machine learning models using AutoML, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, optimizing for scalability and performance through feature engineering and rigorous evaluation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Architecture &amp; Deployment: <\/strong>Support AI\/ML architectural design and deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, and containerized environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MLOps &amp; Cloud Platforms: <\/strong>Implement MLOps practices and leverage cloud services such as AWS and Azure for scalable, reliable, and secure AI deployments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agentic Frameworks &amp; Orchestration:<\/strong> Build and evolve agentic AI frameworks, focusing on MCP development, orchestration workflows, and comprehensive logging and observability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: <\/strong>Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven automation and decisioning capabilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing: <\/strong>Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, architectures, and design decisions to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience building and deploying AI\/ML systems in production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Python and modern ML frameworks, including deep learning and AutoML toolchains.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and deploying microservices and containerized applications for ML workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent AI-led solutions to technical and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[8],"class_list":{"0":"post-3068","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-contract"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Lead AI\/ML Engineer, New York New York<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Lead AI\/ML Engineer, New York New York - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
