This on-site, contract-to-hire position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in IT support, gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, and develop strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. You will provide frontline technical assistance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user accounts. The role requires delivering a high level of service to end users both in person and over the phone, with opportunities to expand your technical expertise and grow within the organization.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Tier 1\u20132 technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and peripherals<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and Mac environments<\/li>\n<li>Support user account management, password resets, and access requests using Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook\/Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Install, configure, and connect printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices<\/li>\n<li>Log, track, and resolve support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users<\/li>\n<li>Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of experience providing IT or technical support for inbound user requests<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Windows and Mac desktops and laptops<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook\/Exchange environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience setting up and troubleshooting printers, scanners, and copiers<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business users<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service experience (in-person and\/or phone support)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated interest in building a career in Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Ability to receive feedback and apply constructive criticism effectively<\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to basic networking concepts and equipment (routers, switches, hubs) (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Nashville, Tennessee","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":{"0":"post-3197","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-contract-to-hire"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Workstation Support Technician, Nashville Tennessee<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Workstation Support Technician, Nashville Tennessee - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
