Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Design and Develop BI Solutions:<\/strong>\u00a0Translate business needs into technical solutions by creating innovative visualizations and tools using platforms such as Tableau and SAP Business Objects. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement effective, user-centric solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Data Analysis and Insight Generation:<\/strong>\u00a0Perform complex data analysis by synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights. Use advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Data Integration and Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources including Snowflake, SAP Business Objects, and other tools. Work cross functionally to ensure data is effectively structured and stored within data warehouses, data marts, and\/or data lakes to support robust analytics and reporting.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Reporting and Dashboard Development:<\/strong>\u00a0Build and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to empower business users with timely and accurate information.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Requirements Gathering and Process Improvement:<\/strong>\u00a0Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance existing systems and reporting, streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Testing and Iterative Development:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct end-user testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI solutions through iterative development cycles.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Documentation and Data Governance:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain clear documentation of processes, data definitions, and business terms in an electronic data glossary to support data governance and knowledge sharing.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Project and Task Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Job Knowledge and Skill:\u00a0Advanced analytical skills. \u00a0Intermediate hands-on experience using Power BI to create business intelligence reports and visualizations (1-2 years). Intermediate to advanced SQL and relational database capabilities. Proficiency in Python a plus.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Excellent written and oral communication skills.\u00a0Technical automotive parts experience beneficial.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>3+ years\u2019 experience in:<\/span><\/p>\n

    a.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Development of Performance Scorecard\/KPI related dashboards related to data-driven business analysis in a business, vs. an IT role.<\/span><\/p>\n

    b.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Designing effective visualizations of analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n

    c.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Development of tables & views using SQL to feed automated reporting & visualizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>ETL Self-Service Applications and Web Development is a plus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Directly related Business, Purchasing, Finance or Marketing experience is preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Education: \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology\/Computer Science, Mathematics\/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology. Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n
