Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Design and Develop BI Solutions:<\/strong>\u202fTranslate business needs into technical solutions by creating innovative visualizations and tools using platforms such as Tableau and SAP Business Objects. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement effective, user-centric solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Data Analysis and Insight Generation:<\/strong>\u202fPerform complex data analysis by synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights. Use advanced analytical techniques to\u00a0identify\u00a0trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Data Integration and Management:<\/strong>\u202fExtract,\u00a0validate, and analyze data from multiple sources including Snowflake, SAP Business Objects, and other tools. Work cross functionally to ensure data is effectively structured and stored within data warehouses, data marts, and\/or data lakes to support robust analytics and reporting.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Reporting and Dashboard Development:<\/strong>\u202fBuild and\u00a0maintain\u00a0advanced dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to empower business users with\u00a0timely\u00a0and\u00a0accurate\u00a0information.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Requirements Gathering and Process Improvement:<\/strong>\u202fCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance existing systems and reporting, streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Testing and Iterative Development:<\/strong>\u202fConduct end-user testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI solutions through iterative development cycles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Documentation and Data Governance:<\/strong>\u202fMaintain\u00a0clear documentation of processes, data definitions, and business terms in an electronic data glossary to support data governance and knowledge sharing.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Project and Task Management:<\/strong>\u202fManage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Perform other related duties as necessary, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Minimum\u00a0Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Advanced\u00a0analytical skills.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. 3\u20135 years of professional experience in data visualization<\/strong>, preferably with Tableau.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective visual storytelling.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Intermediate to advanced SQL query experience and ability.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.\u00a0\u00a0Technical automotive parts experience beneficial.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. 3+\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0in:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Development of Performance Scorecard\/KPI related dashboards related to data-driven business analysis in a business, vs. an IT role.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Designing effective visualizations of analytics.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Development of\u00a0tables & views using SQL to\u00a0feed automated reporting & visualizations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. ETL Self-Service Applications and Web Development is a plus.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Directly related\u00a0Business,\u00a0Purchasing, Finance or\u00a0Marketing\u00a0experience\u00a0is preferred.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. Education:\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Information Technology\/Computer Science, Mathematics\/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology.\u00a0Master\u2019s\u00a0degree preferred.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    13.
