This individual will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving an AI-enabled search platform that supports internal users across audit, assurance, and professional services functions.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise search technologies, enjoys solving operational and technical challenges, and can bridge support, administration, and emerging AI\/search capabilities within a highly visible platform environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform Administration &amp; Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and support the LucidWorks enterprise search platform<\/li>\n<li>Monitor search indexing, platform health, and system performance<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues, search relevance concerns, and operational tickets<\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain search schemas, crawlers, connectors, and site mappings<\/li>\n<li>Support KTLO (Keep the Lights On) operational activities and ongoing platform stability<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor resources as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Search Optimization &amp; Enhancements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve search relevancy and content retrieval experiences<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementing enhancements to the search platform and related tooling<\/li>\n<li>Support AI-enabled search functionality and emerging search technologies<\/li>\n<li>Help evolve the platform toward a broader \u201ccontent-as-a-service\u201d knowledge repository model<\/li>\n<li>Configure and optimize integrations across enterprise content repositories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp;
