This role combines machine learning, operations research, and optimization techniques to drive pricing decisions and maximize revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will not only build predictive models but also leverage model outputs to develop optimization strategies and prescriptive recommendations that directly influence business decisions. This position requires an individual capable of independently solving complex analytical problems and owning projects from conception through implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">Develop machine learning models to support pricing and revenue management initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Apply optimization and operations research methodologies to business challenges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Build prescriptive analytics solutions that translate model outputs into actionable recommendations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Design and implement mathematical optimization frameworks for pricing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Partner with business stakeholders to solve complex revenue optimization problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Work with large-scale datasets using distributed computing technologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Lead analytical initiatives from discovery through deployment with minimal oversight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision making.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">7+ years of Data Science experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Strong proficiency in Python.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience working with Big Data technologies and large datasets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Hands-on experience with PySpark.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Proven experience with pricing, revenue optimization, or prescriptive analytics projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">Background in Operations Research, Optimization, or Decision Science.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience with optimization techniques such as:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">Mathematical Optimization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Dynamic Programming<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Prescriptive Modeling<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience with optimization libraries such as:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">SciPy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">GEKKO<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Similar optimization frameworks<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Industry experience in:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">Airlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Hospitality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Hotels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Travel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Revenue Management organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Experience delivering measurable revenue impact through pricing and optimization solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">EEO: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
