Key scope will include the upgrade of targeted non-SOX apps to SOX standards. \u00a0In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project Planning &amp; Execution<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Leadership<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development and\/or review of deliverables such as test plans, communications, end-user documentation, knowledge articles, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risk &amp; Issue Management<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.<\/li>\n<li>Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process &amp; Quality<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in project management with at least 4 years managing technical cybersecurity or IT-related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Background in SOX Compliance initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to enhance project planning, execution, automation, and data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, and the ability to incorporate these considerations into project workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to AI-related initiatives or broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and comfortable acting as a scrum master<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning, especially in response to the rapidly evolving AI landscape and emerging technologies relevant to project management and enterprise operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Milwaukee, Wisconsin","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[8],"class_list":["post-4408","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Sr. Technical Project Manager \u2013 SOX Compliance, Milwaukee Wisconsin<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Sr. Technical Project Manager \u2013 SOX Compliance, Milwaukee Wisconsin - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
