This person will be responsible for working with client accounts and updating\/maintaining as needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Accurately enter and update customer data in the SAP system.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintain and manage customer master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Verify and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Generate and analyze reports to identify and correct data issues.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Provide support for data migration and integration projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensure compliance with company policies and data management standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u202f<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Qualifications:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the SAP environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Familiarity with Customer Master data management.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Excellent organizational and time management skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u202f<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Preferred Skills:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Experience with SAP modules related to Customer Master data.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"ql-cursor\">\ufeff<\/span>About Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
