In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, roadmap, and feature sets, ensuring that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders. You will harmonize business strategy, user desirability, and technical feasibility to deliver best-in-class solutions and long-term value to the business. The IT Product Manager will leverage customer data, market research, and business insights to drive product strategy, advocate for product vision among stakeholders, and ensure usability through user research and collaboration with design and development teams.
