This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional who is eager to grow their technical skills while working with enterprise file transfer technologies, security protocols, and application support. The role is primarily focused on supporting, maintaining, and improving a managed file transfer platform, including user onboarding, ticket resolution, application support, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal application teams and external vendor\/trading partners to ensure secure design standards and platform reliability. The position offers a hybrid schedule based in Charlotte, NC, and is a 12-month W2 contract with potential for extension or conversion.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support application patching, upgrades, and maintenance for file transfer platforms on Linux and Windows servers<\/li>\n<li>Administer and govern file transfer accounts, including account security and details management<\/li>\n<li>Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for data movement solutions, application integration, and data security<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot client connection issues, file transfer failures, and data movement problems<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to platform security hardening and standardization for secure data storage and transfer<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal application teams and external vendor\/trading partners to ensure adherence to secure design standards<\/li>\n<li>Support automation integration projects, automate alert reporting for critical issues, and gain visibility into data and opportunities for analysis<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement standards, procedures, and automation processes to improve efficiency and platform reliability<\/li>\n<li>Assist with user onboarding, ticket resolution, and ongoing application support for the MFT platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in Systems Administration, Application Support, Help Desk, Infrastructure Support, or a related IT role<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Windows and\/or Linux environments<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP\/IP, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing user accounts, permissions, or Active Directory environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with secure file transfer technologies (SFTP, AS2, NFS, SSO, SSL\/TLS) preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting a Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform preferred<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to enterprise application support environments preferred<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with automation, scripting, or workflow improvement initiatives preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with external vendors, clients, or trading partners preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to secure data movement and file transfer technologies preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">#LI-RH1<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":1257,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-5580","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>System Admin 1, Charlotte North Carolina<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"System Admin 1, Charlotte North Carolina - Search the latest healthcare jobs from Brooksource.
