About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our client is seeking a Project Operations Lead for a contract-to-hire position based in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work arrangement. As a Project Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Electric Transmission Strategic Initiatives team by providing operational coordination, project tracking, and leadership support across key organizational priorities. You will help ensure that initiatives, vendor engagements, and internal activities remain organized, visible, and progressing on schedule. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will maintain visibility into initiatives, strengthen organizational coordination, develop processes and standards for new project implementation, and support effective execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and vendor partners. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, synthesize information, and drive process improvements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Smartsheets or similar tools is preferred.<\/p>\n
