This position combines production support, system enhancements, vendor collaboration, and project work to ensure the reliability and availability of mission-critical systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Monitor system performance and resolve production issues, including communication failures between SCADA servers, RTUs, PLCs, and field devices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Coordinate monthly software releases, system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Design and develop system integrations between SCADA platforms and enterprise applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and resolve production issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Support ongoing SCADA modernization and expansion initiatives across multiple departments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Develop and review technical design documentation, implementation plans, and system documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Create SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and support reporting needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Participate in vendor evaluations, software implementations, and system integrations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Mentor junior team members and promote technical best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting mission-critical applications when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum of <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">6 years<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"> of experience supporting enterprise SCADA, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or Operational Technology (OT) environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Experience supporting SCADA systems in utility, energy, manufacturing, pipeline, water\/wastewater, or other industrial environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">SCADA platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Remote Terminal Units (RTUs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">PLC programming concepts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Industrial communication protocols such as Modbus (DNP3 is a plus)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
